The radiator box was badly damaged which gave the driver and I some considerable concern and had to be opened to inspect, but all appeared o.k. ALSO the sink unit when come to fit had a second hand chrome stopper. However we were able to use it. The sink unit was a replacement as the first was badly damaged on delivery and we had to go through your photo system for returns. However all your people were helpful.
