Everything I ordered for my Bathroom arrived safely, as arranged and very well packed. The delivery man was so helpful and pleasant. When I made the order the person I spoke to was so helpful and answered all my queries and made me feel confident ordering. There was of course an element of concern when the company was entirely new to you, and you are buying blind, but it was all unnecessary. The quality of all items is excellent, the vanity unit was just as the picture on line showed, in fact I have no problems at all. The fitters were very impressed also.
