We had a damaged vanity unit and the plumber was already here to install we spoke to your customer department and they got a replacement one out to us the next day avoiding the plumber having to come back or extend his visit, great customer service. The only negative I have regarding Soak is the high cost calling on the 0333 telephone number, had a shock when I saw my telephone bill.
