My new bath taps had a manufacturing fault which was noticed after installation ie thanks to a horrible leak. Once explained to SOAK they replaced immediately. However, they didn't, of course, pay the extra I had to pay out for (1) a Sunday plumber to disconnect that faulty taps or (2) the second installation.
