The sink was broken before it got off the lorry. I was told that another one was on the way do organised for the plumber to come but it didn't arrive. When I called to see when it was coming they said that another was not on the way and had not been re-ordered. It was therefore another week to wait for the sink to arrive.
I have since emailed to ask about replacement toilet seats and had no reply.
