I ordered a sink & tap, sink arrived broken. It took a week, 2 phone calls and 2 emails to receive a replacement sink. When this finally arrived it was also broken, worse then the first. When I rang to complain I was told we had to get rid of the damaged items. We had another sink sent which was suppose to be delivered on the Friday. I received a dispatched email but no delivery after waiting in all day for the third time. I contacted the delivery company which was closed. I the rang customer service line and they could not tell me why the sink had not been sent. I had to the. Wait in again on Tuesday (due to bank holiday) to which we finally received a sink in one piece, 3 weeks after my order. No compensation has been offered for damaged goods, time delay or inconvenience. We had to pay for the plumber to return and it have a bathroom sink for 3 weeks. I will NOT be recommending this site to anyone!!
