Product seems to be ok so far, have only been using it for the last 4 days. Customer service absolutely shocking. My bank account was debited 3 times due to your website saying there was an error try again you haven’t been debited. When really I was debited 3 times and the money put aside in a holding account for 4/5 days, customer services did not want to take on any responsibility and just kept blaming it on the bank I spent more than 1 hour on the phone between customer services and my bank and got no where in the end, my money became available after 4-5 days of waiting, 600£ for a bath tub is a massive price to pay for your website giving out incorrect information. When it came to delivery I specifically took a day off work to receive the order as my builder was going away on holiday and I needed my house renovated ASAP as I was having a baby at the time. The day of delivery I rang your customer services again to confirm what was happening only to be told that the delivery company had decided to cancel my order. Mind you I had many many deliveries from various companies coming through as I was going through a complete renovation on my property and none of the companies had decided to cancel the delivery and wait for me to ring and find out what was happening. I was quite upset that I had taken a day off specifically for this and it was a waste of time and money. Yet again all customer services could say was we advise you not to book tradesman before receiving your order. Unfortunately that’s not how builders and tradesmen work, when a company gives out a delivery date it’s there to be kept not cancelled at the last minute, no doubt my delivery fee was refunded a whole 10 working days later but by then my opinion of your company had been formed and I make sure to warn any friends and family of the bad experience I’ve had.
