Although I received two items both damaged in transit, the second a replacement for the first, the customer service in sorting the issue was excellent and the staff first class. I received the third item in good condition and it's very good, plus I was refunded transit costs for my inconvenience. Much better than other companies I've dealt with,problems happen, it's how they're dealt with that's important.
