This saga lasted over six weeks.
Delivery dates kept being delayed, and when the item did finally arrive, it was a bath and not the vanity unit originally ordered (this was immediately returned). I emailed regarding non delivery four times but never received acknowledgement or replies to my queries. I tried phoning but after 20 minutes hanging on my call was still not answered.
I then contacted eBay, cancelled the order and received a full refund.
A week later I received an email demanding immediate payment or my eBay account would be affected by a non payment case. Again I had to contact eBay for their assistance to resolve this matter.
This a brief summary of the situation, but as you can imagine I would not wish to deal with this company again nor feel I could recommend it on.
