Ordered to new radiators then had them fitted within a few months they started to leak around the welded sections of the Radiator. The rusty water has leaked onto are brand new carpets and Soak apparently do not offer a compensation scheme... They have only offered £150 and new radiators which does not cover the costs to the Plumber.
The new £600 carpets are stained and they are not prepared to consider any compensation for this.. Would not use this company ever again.
