The materials were not all delivered at the same time, and when we called back to question it, we were interrogated saying that it had been delivered, despite there being no delivery ticket to sign, so no records of its delivery in the first place.
Then the materials (Shower trays) were poor quality, but were not replaced.
we still have items missing from the first order.
