I ordered my shower head for next day delivery, paying £9.99 for the service only to be disappointed with this as the shower head arrive two days later. I phoned customer service who said they would refund the delivery charge for me , but this has not been done either.
Can't waste my time contacting your company again , but will not use again and will not recommend. Feel that when you offer a service it should deliver what it promises
