I ordered the 400mm Large Round Wall Mounted Head, Handheld & Thermostatic Mixer Shower Kit. Only part of the kit turned up. After chasing three times I am still yet to receive the hose and handheld shower. I have never once had a response from soak.
Very poor customer service.
