I have been asked to revise my negative review ‘because it has been delt with’ but I do not feel this is the case. I purchased a full bathroom from Soak which included a ‘soft square’ bath. I received a bath that was clearly marked as ‘round’ and had a different product code. Soak told me on several occasions that I had received the correct item but ‘it just looked different to the online images’?! They offered me a 30% refund which they said I would receive in up to 10 working days. I did not receive it until after the 10 working days when chased them up about it. I have also complained about a faulty shower screen which was part of the same order. Soak have completely ignored this complaint. Terrible customer service and products. I cannot stress enough - AVOID THIS COMPANY!
