Ordered July 2018,Delivery was fine and went really well however there has been a problem with the enclosure fitting measurements (as well as a missing seal and screw covers) and the installer insists the problem is the enclosure. However after 3 phone calls and 3 emails, after a month I still haven't had a response from Soak.com. My 10 year guarantee seems of no value. The installer won't take responsibility and without Soak.com's reply, I can't challenge him. So I have an unusable shower enclosure and have paid out nearly £2K in total. *UPDATE* Nov 2018, Finally after submitting more emails (seemingly ignored), and a couple of phone calls, Soak sent me the missing bits. They also confirmed my fitting issue is because the wallboards were fitted behind the fixtures for the shower rather than stopping inside the cubicle edges (worth noting if you're fitting wallboards) If you have a problem, I'd say don't bother going down the email route because initially a 48hrs response time is promised but this then stretches to a 7 working day guarantee on your follow up email wondering if they got your first email. Actually they didn't respond to my initial email until I left a review and even then didn't resolve my problems. *IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, RING AFTERSALES* I had to hold on for a very long time each call but finally the last time got through to a pleasant and competent person who arranged dispatch of parts within a few days and replied to my query re: sizing. Would I use them again? Doubtful. The quality of the shower enclosure is good, I can't deny, but the aftersales was so incredibly poor. If I had the option to buy similar quality at a competitive price elsewhere, I would.
