I made the order for a date well in advance. My order arrives without bath and shower tray.
Shower tray and bath arrive, one man, delivery I have to assist to avoid damage (I am 66 years old awaiting hernia operation).
On further inspection bath panel damaged and basin damaged.
7 bath panels later we got one that was not damaged, basin delivered by a very angry DX driver.
I had also asked for the help of a senior member of Soak team, as I was getting nowhere and my plumber was waiting to install bathroom.
I spent over 5 hours on the phone to Soak plus a lot of emails.
I also lost a lot of time from my work trying to get my order completed.
I am now waiting for my final refund which was agreed on the 28th of August 2018.
It was refreshed on the 7/09/2018 and again today.
I have also read on Trust pilot a lot of negative feedback about Soak, I hope my issue will not be one of them.
Thank you to the Soak driver who drove from Nuneaton and back again to deliver my bath panel.
