You didn’t you did quite the opposite, don’t tell people you have next day delivery when you took 7 days to order my “in stock” items. No apology only that it had been delivered to the wrong department, had to cancel the Plumber, Tiler, and flooring contractor due to the incompetence of your shipping department.
