Terrible customer service, the delivery company broke part of our toilet and it took over a week to get a replacement even though I was told it would be next day. I had to make lots of phone calls to chase them, getting ever more frustrated, they never gave me answers over the phone only emails a day later that asked me for information which I had already given and then when I replied to these I got an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. Never got an apology either.
