The returns service is really hard to deal with. I wanted to exchange the toilet but they couldn't provide me with some specific measurements of the new toilet. They just sent me what was already on the website. I was on hold for an inordinate amount of time. I will just return the toilet and order one from elsewhere. Dreadful.
