We bought 3 column radiators plus all the accessories to accompany. Everything arrived on our nominated day, happy days!! When we opened up one of the boxes it had the incorrect coloured feet. My first reaction was, this is going to be difficult as we'd ordered over the internet. I couldn't have been more wrong! One phone call (made on a Sunday) and everything was resolved immediately with the correct item arriving 2 days later.
We couldn't have been happier with the service or our purchase 😀
