Soak don’t care about customers. After a order error made by a soak employee over the phone. The order was book for the wrong week. The customer services were useless and couldn’t even be bother to return my call. The call centre staff are under trained and incapable of answering any questions or being any help at all. Each call took at least 30 mins and was pointless.
I don’t think I’ve dealt with a worse company.
