Very pleased with heated towel rail & valves. Sturdy & looked good. Took a little longer than some comparable companies to arrive but happy with products. Due to some duplication I needed to cancel a couple of items. Georgina who handled the matter was excellent - friendly & helpful plus called me when she said she would which was much appreciated. She took me through what was needed and sorted out a refund promptly. Good customer service.
