Overall was impressed with the service however, I was not informed that the items would be delivered on a pallet and that it would be my responsibility to unload this and take the items into my house. Being a widow living alone there was no way that I could unload two very large items eg baths! There has also been an issue with regard to a particular item which arrived damaged (basin unit for Olympia suite). This was rectified very efficiently but the replacement received was even more damaged and I am currently awaiting a further replacement! As you can appreciate this is holding up the completion of my bathroom and it is extremely difficult to keep taking time off work whilst waiting for the delivery.
