The radiator is great. However I don't think I'd ever order from soak again. The customer service is shocking. Waited in on 2 occasions for the radiator which wasn't delivered. Eventually arrived but cost me another half day of labour from our builder! Wrote a letter of complaint but have not received a reply over a week later. If I was told there was issues with delivery I could have cancelled the order and sought a replacement. Instead I was told to be patient - it will arrive on X. Eventually arrived on the third day of waiting in. Such a shame as product is great.
