Overall the purchased of a bathroom suite was good. But communication was very poor. I ordered a Towel radiator as part of the order. Only to find out it was out of stock after the delivery was made. No emails, calls. Not even the delivery driver knew. But still expected me to sign for a “complete order”. Had to call twice for refund of item.
