Placed an order for Click and Collect - Alice who placed my order made it as painless as possible and the staff in the collection department were so friendly and helpful. They even had it on a trolley to help me take it to my car as it was a little heavy (only a shower) - It's still currently being fitted but the quality look incredibly and even my partner says so! (He's plumber) - Thanks Soak.com!!!!
