the website is clear, looks great and easy to use. The bath we ordered looked beautiful. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order due to unforeseen circumstances. We tried 2 email addresses and a phone number to cancel. The next day we got a dispatch email, we chased it up again and they told us we were too late and that we would need to return it at our own cost. I get that us cancelling is frustrating and they have invested time in our order. However the customer service was not helpful. In the end we had to intercept the delivery and call the delivery company ourselves to cancel.
