Delivery took longer than expected and then was told different things when I called to chase. I even called a day before the deadline delivery and an agent promised delivery was the next day to then find out it was another 4 days later. I then had to purchase from another company costing me double and not I need to return and it’s taking forever as again I have to calll everyday to chase the collection of the u wanted items !!! Still not resolved and never to use soak again
