Ordered a bath tap on 23rd January 2019 but e-mailed them this morning to ask when it would be delivered and advised that due to hi demand customer services would not be able to respond within the next seven days. In other words I won't find out a delivery date until 13 days after purchase. Not really on for a web supplier - either they have stock and can handle orders or not!
