Soak itself has a great service, however I am extremely disappointed with DX the delivery company. I paid extra for nominated day delivery and the order did not arrive until the following day. This meant our plumbers had nothing to do and still needed paying costing us more money. I received no email to say why it had not been delivered or that it would not be delivered on the day that I had payed for. This is unacceptable and I look forward to hearing how you will compensate for this
