I don't think you should be asking me to write a review when I have yet to receive the products that were meant to be delivered yesterday. One of my radiators didn't even make it out of your warehouse and only because I called did you even know this. I received 2 vales and sets of pipework yesterday but no radiators. I had to cancel the plumber who had been booked in today to fit the radiators and because of this i might have to wait nearly three weeks for him to be free again. I was told one radiator would arrive today but received a text message for the delivery company to expect it tomorrow. It's all been a complete disaster and I'm unsure if I will use Soak again which is a shame as we were planning on purchasing some new bathroom furniture from you for our house renovation.
