SOAK - so I bought a radiator and chose the recommended valves.
Guess what - I received the radiator BUT NOT the valves. Bit tricky to use it without valves.
The good part is I had to wait for only a couple of minutes before they answered my telephone call. The bad bit...the valves are out of stock until the 9th Feb!!! I have had to cancel the plumber..........
