First trade order with you.
Needed the goods asap, showing in stock on the web site. When the order was placed I was told I couldn't pay extra for a quicker delivery and it would take 2 to 8 working days to deliver the goods. It took exactly 8 and 3 phone calls chasing a delivery date. Due to this I have had an upset customer and for a large company like yourselves I don't think this is a very good service.
