Item arrived with a “bow” and small damage to one of the corners
Contacted customer services who offered a replacement but despite the original order being next day delivery (at a significant cost) could only schedule for 5 days later !
Notification of dispatch was received for the scheduled delivery date
The date arrived but the tray didn’t ! Contacted the courier who informed me the order had been cancelled ? (No notification from soak)
Contacted customer services again (8min on hold) who instructed there had been a “mistake” and the item had been changed but had not been sent.
They instructed that I would receive it the next day !!!
I’m writing this on the morning that the replacement is due to arrive , let’s hope it does , it’s the same product and it’s not damaged !!!! Fingers crossed !
My project has now fallen behind , the lack of a satisfactory tray on the scheduled dates has meant I’ve had plumbers and tilers trying to do the best they can but would have been considerably further on than they are at present
