I made two phone enquires (prior to purchase) to try and obtain some dimensional data relating to the L shaped bath. Neither of these were responded to so had to call back - but they couldn't help me - and one of the queries was just the height of the feet!...but the main thing was the time and phone calls (4 in all) I had to make to get an item that had been missed off the original delivery. It took 2 weeks in the end and SOAK seemed to put more priority on why the item had been missed rather than getting a replacement sent. Not exactly 'Customer Focused'!
...and then, after eventually getting the replacement I got an e-mail to say they had despatched another one!!!!
