We selected a delivery date, received multiple emails and text message confirming the delivery date, took the date off work to wait for the delivery but nothing arrived.
I emailed Soak numerous times but didn't receive a response. I called their delivery partner (DX) who said Soak hadn't sent them the items in time, so the order would arrive at a later date.
This request for feedback has been the first comms I've received since placing my order. I tried to cancel the order so I could purchase from elsewhere but I wasn't able to contact anyone by phone (recorded 'hold' music for extended periods) or email.
I cannot comment on the quality of the items I ordered, as they have still not arrived.
