When I ordered the products; a bath screen and a tube of sealant, I was told that they would be delivered 0n March 6. The driver (from DX) who came on March 6 delivered only a damaged and leaking tube of sealant and informed me that another driver would be delivering the screen later that day. Nobody came. I have since purchased another tube of sealer. When I telephoned SOAK the following day it took over 15 minutes to get through (a pattern that was repeated on the 3 further occaions that I tried to telephone). I was then informed that the original screen had been damaged when being removed from the warehouse and that a replacement would be supplied. No information was given as to when thar replacement would be delivered. All in all my experience with Soak has not been satisfactory
