I am extremely dissatisfied with soak.com ‘s lack of service. I ordered a towel radiator but had to cancel due to wrong specifications however have received no confirmation of the cancellation, no refund and have tried to call the helpline numerous times and not able to reach anyone after holding for over 10 minutes each time.
Hopefully this review will catch management attention.
Will never be using again as no service provided and will advise others to steer clear. Hayley F
