Pros: prompt response to the order. Every customer service representative presents professional attitude and high level of skills. Very helpful if you manage to speak to them. Prompt response to after sales cases with good and efficient solution provided. Every verbally agreed action is promptly confirmed in writing by email.
Cons: Difficult to contact customer support. Waiting time for somebody to pick up is 20-40 minutes based on real experience in different days, different times of the day. In case the refund is obtained the email confirmation is provided quickly but ... It is 22nd of March and I'm still waiting for refund confirmed on 07th of March. This long (12 WORKING DAYS) waiting time for refund is not customer friendly nor industrial standard. It is clearly communicated by every representative but still makes me think that soak practices holding to customer money for as long as possible.
Using incapable delivery company: received 2 damaged shower enclosures one after another. This destroyed my work schedule completely.
