First order of radiators came with grey valves when I ordered white to match the radiators.
Second order of a vanity unit, stone top and basin all came and all 3 were damaged.
Sink smashed into bits, leg on vanity unit ripped off and stone top chipped.
All issues dealt with well by customer service but has really put me off ordering now as I expect there to be a problem if I do.
