Soak has a serious problem with its couriers. Shame as in every other way it's a great company.
The items I purchased took four deliveries. Three came on the wrong day and the fourth was late.
Of these two arrived damaged - hence the extra deliveries.
We got everything in the end but I could do without the hassle.
