Ordering process was straight, customer service agent had good product knowledge and was helpful.
When we placed order some items were not available from stock. We knew this and proceeded. We received an email one evening saying delivery was next day, could not reach anyone at soak as we were away from home. Neighbour took delivery of our bath, bath panel and screen, lucky he had room in his garage.
