Soak did not make me happy.
We had to have 2 further deliveries as a significant portion of our order was missing from the first 2 deliveries.
My wife had to waste additional days leave waiting for these items.
No sympathy from Soak at all. Will never use again as I have no faith in their ability to deliver the goods I order.
