I phoned with measurements and asked the lady which radiator I needed, she was very helpful But sent us the wrong radiator. We wanted a vertical and was sent a horizontal, we phoned Soak to tell them, spoke to a chap called Paul who was very helpful. We are waiting for a refund. We would not recommend DX delivery company as they told us the radiator was being delivered at a certain time but didn't arrive till the next day, after a lot of phone calls to chase them up, also the valves which were in a different package was delivered the following evening by a worker on his way home.
