Online and telephone chats very pleasant and helpful. No problems ordering. The only problem that I encountered was with Parcelforce and NOT Soak. Parcelforce messed up the delivery/ies, and could not locate one item, although I was informed that the item was in the truck, then returned to the depot and then they could not find the item. I contacted Soak on a Saturday afternoon for the missing item and they sent me one straight away and I received it on Monday.
