Had to replace the seat for a toilet I had bought over 2 years ago. Couldn’t find a direct replacement anywhere online, even the Soak website.
A quick online Chat with Clare from the Soak website and I had the part number for the exact seat I needed. Called the aftercare team the next day and ordered the part, at a better price than some of the ones I had seen elsewhere.
Just 3 days later I had the part delivered. Seriously considering buying another, just in case!!
