After this first day forgot I took this and went out for drinks. I usually drink 5-6 drinks when going out which is a lot for me since I am a skinny person. After the first drink I was like, this is weird I am not craving another drink at all! Then I remembered I took the pill earlier. So this definitely doesn't employ the placebo effect, this really really works.
