We had an issue with one of the socks we received having a hole in it. Sockologie was excellent at taking care of the problem. Their customer service dept asked for a picture of the problem and within an hour of sending the picture, they responded, had a replacement pair in the mail and informed us of the arrival date. In addition to that, we have always loved their fun and colorful products and enjoy wearing them often. Thanks.
