I ordered the wrong size of socks. The description on the website was a little confusing. After I received the socks and realized my mistake, I contacted Sockologie and explained why I did what I did. They absorbed the price of shipping both ways to keep my happy. It wasn't their fault 100%, but they did right by the customer (me)! Old fashioned customer service! I will be doing more business with Sockologie!
