I would give 0 if possible.
I have emailed this brand 3 times and dm’d them on instagram once. They are ignoring my enquiries . So unprofessional . Such a ghetto-run business refusing to resend me my store credit I’m owed. I will definitely continue to leave bad reviews for this brand. Don’t waste your time with them. They’re quick to take your money but when there’s an issue, they disappear. I wish I looked at previous reviews before dealing with such a terrible company.
